Hey hey.. tdy was such a beautiful day!The sun has come back to State College, PA!!
I walked in for one of my lectures and there was a huge sign on the projector:
"Class cancelled! Enjoy the sunshine!"
and so i did ;)
Everyone was just lazing ard the grass, the steps, the on ledges.. basically anywhere vaguely flat and out in the sun.. tanning with texbooks on their faces.. some were even prepared by with beach towels and bikini tops.. it was kinda like Central Park! But its something that i cant ever image happening in NUS.. people are always on the run to go somewhere else.. lecture, library, hall, home, town.. who actually hangs out on the lawn *sigh*

was studying biopsych in the lounge just now.. one of the topics covered being sex.. and sex is actually very complicated.. i might fail. (its funny cuz at the same time, im studying sexual disorders in my abnormal psych class this week too.. its all very desensitizing) but yeah.. learned alota interesting stuff.. like all those diseases where babies are born neither fully female or male (Androgen Insensitivity Syndrome.. where all external organs are female plus testes, but no other male organs... and Persistent Muellerian Duct Syndrome.. and Congenital Adrenal Hyperplasia.. and u get the idea.. very sad) And i also learned abt whats known as the 'copulatory lock': after the male ejaculates in the female, his penis is so swollen that he can't remove it frm the female (and despite whatever wild stories u may have come across, this does not EVER happen in human beings)... okok.. back to studying..
Just finished a bowl of TomYUM cup noodles (made in thailand too!).. and though i was sniffling like a drug addict and my lips were beginning to resemble shuqi's.. it was *slurp* therapeutic. I miss good asian food..
Ok gonna sleep now..
Oh and did i mention that i was at a Maroon 5 concert last night? Yeah they came to our school and tickets were 9 bucks :) HAH.

If you're my aquaintance and 'heard' frm somewhere that I 'look' Chinese but 'fake' an accent or something, I will explain now (though it's never once and for all): I'm an American born Chinese, my parents are Hongkongers. I was born in Chicago, raised in Hongkong till I was 5, moved to Boca Raton, Florida and stayed till I was 11, moved to Trophy Club, Texas and stayed till i was 13, moved to Singapore and have stayed there since. Throughout my preschool-univeristy life i have attended 13 schools so far. Was it tough? did it make me bitter? I dont think so, ask any of my friends.. or try and find someone who hates me.. *wink*
